Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. You can choose your preferred shipping method during checkout:

U.S. Standard Shipping: UPS Ground, typically delivered within 3-6 business days, (free for U.S. orders).

U.S. Express Shipping: For faster delivery within the US, we offer UPS 2nd Day Air, which delivers in 2 business days from dispatch.

International Standard Shipping: Shipping is available in select countries with a flat rate of $40 for standard shipping, which takes 5-10 business days. For reduced international shipping rates, shop Centre Piece at Wolf & Badger - www.wolfandbadger.com

Please note that taxes and duties are the recipient's responsibility and are not covered by Centre Piece, so we recommend checking your country's regulations before ordering.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays or promotional periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your shipment through the shipping carrier's site.

Duties and Taxes for International Orders:

PLEASE NOTE: taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Centre Piece. Please check your country's regulations before placing an order.

If you refuse this charge, you will not be refunded the shipping cost nor the customs charge when we receive the parcel back to us. You will also be responsible for the return cost of this parcel, please make sure you are aware of the charges before purchasing.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it becomes available. By placing a pre-order, you ensure that you will receive the item as soon as it is ready to ship.

1. When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-order items have an estimated shipping date listed on the product page. While we strive to meet these timelines, please note that they are estimates and may vary due to production schedules or other factors.

We will keep you informed of any changes and provide updates throughout the process.

2. Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order as long as it has not yet started being processed for shipment. Once processing begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. To cancel your pre-order, please contact our team as soon as possible at: info@centrepieceofficial.com.

3. Will I be charged when I place a pre-order?

Yes, you will be charged at the time of placing the pre-order. This helps us manage production and ensure that each item is made specifically for you.

4. Can I return a pre-ordered item?

Yes, our standard return policy applies to all pre-ordered items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving the item. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

RETURNS

Making a U.S. Return

Start your U.S. return within 14 days of receiving your item by visiting our return portal: U.S. RETURN PORTAL

Submit Details & Ship Items in original packaging: Once you've submitted your return request you will receive a prepaid return label by email, a return fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your final refund. (See “Return Cost” section for more information). Please note that all returns must have all original tags attached and be in unworn condition.

Please send the items within 7 days of receiving your label.

Making an International Return

Shipping return costs for international orders are the customer's responsibility.

Initiate International Return: Please contact us at info@centrepiececlothing.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receiving your order. We will follow up with return instructions and the address to which you can ship the items with a carrier of your choice.

Send Tracking #: We recommend sharing the tracking information with our team via email. Centre Piece is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Please note that all returns must have all original tags attached and be in unworn condition.

Return Costs

We accept returns and will provide a prepaid label. For U.S. orders, a $10 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that all returns must have all original tags attached and be in unworn condition.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please note that any applicable shipping and return fees will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, it may take 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Received a Damaged or Defective Item

We are dedicated to thoroughly inspecting each order meets our quality standards. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us at info@centrepiececlothing.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please provide photos. If accepted, we are happy provide a free return for reimbursement or replacement if available.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges on items. If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow our returns process. After returning your item, you can place a new order for the desired item at any time.
